After hours of requesting a replacement for the sunken mattress, it was swapped for one that was hard and broken. "It is a great experience. We ENJOYed ourselves as much as any other hotel at the Dead Sea, including the more expensive ones. We particularly liked the spa's salt water pool that is both inside and outside. The food is excellent and has good quality. We loved the automatic towel machines. The downsides were mostly minor. "If you’re on a low budget I definitely recommend this hotel. Room is small but contains everything you need. Location is across the street of the central station and a 20 min walk from the Tayelet"

"The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is very nice but needs some repairs in public areas. There was a restroom by the main desk which had a broken faucet. They also need to provide more public restrooms for guests because there were none by the pool and only the one by the main desk. It’s not reasonable to think everyone should walk back to their room to use the bathroom if they are relaxing in the main area. "

"Concierge Shlomit gave us her personal phone and responded to anything we needed. Her kindness made the hotel feel personal to us and that we were appreciated. All inclusive was nice. I never was able to find the water slides staffed so they were closed three days in a row which the grandkids really wanted to use, and the life guards weren’t paying attention to the kids so watch your kids. But the food was so good and so much value, beds comfortable and supportive. Housekeeping was outstanding...

"Wonderful the breakfast is out of this world. Room with wonderful balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool, rooms clean coldly . Walking distance to the city activities. No beach would be the only down side but I’m not a beach person so doesn’t really matter. No complimentary water and a little skimpy on the toiletries ( two people but only one bottle of each shampoo/conditoner etc) trivial but would be nice to be able to say this place is really spectacular.
